About
Tania’s curiosity in the esoteric started at a young age which lead her down the tarot path at age 20 and then into coaching and NLP and other interesting modalities. Since then, she has been reading Tarot and travelling the world taking her craft and sharing her passion with others.
Tania’s grandmother, Dulcie Yorgey was gifted this deck by the Gypsies who lived in Port Melbourne. Tania’s Aunt later passed it on to Tania who had already started exploring the tarot in her earlier years. It was a beautiful insight into the families hidden connection with the esoteric.

In April 2024, we moved into our Mercedes Sprinter van and took our readings out onto the road and travelled around Australia. Something shifted in this experience … the landscapes, the movement, the quiet in-between places and the not knowing of what was coming next. My tarot practice deepened into a different kind of listening. Less social media time meant that each reading felt shaped by the terrain we were passing through, as if the cards themselves were responding to the journey, rather than the algorithm.
Co-creating Tell Me a Story tarot deck with Meg Gibson has been its own kind of discovery also. We’ve been strolling this path together for over three years now. We sit together and I explain the card, interpret it and the meaning that has shaped my experience of connecting with the deck. And then Meg creates magick with her creative freedom and the result is truly something to behold.
The heart of the deck is the inner child and the stories we carry, the ones we repeat without knowing, and the ones we finally learn to rewrite. It invites a gentle re-seeing … how to step outside the old programming and reconnect with the parts of ourselves we forgot.
This deck feels like its own adventure, familiar, surprising, and quietly transformative. Truly a creation unlike anything we’ve experienced before.
Tell Me a Story
Tania and her friend Meg @anne_meredith_art have embarked on creating their own tarot deck called ‘Tell Me a Story’. Tania and Meg were neighbours in Daylesford when Meg’s dog, Gobbler, decided to go for a walk and he ended up in Tania’s back yard. Tarot readings were had and many discussions around tarot and the evolution of consciousness. Ten years on and this deck is being co-created. It’s going to be an inner child deck exploring the stories that we tell ourselves and how to navigate our way in life while learning the art of tarot.
You can follow along with the deck creation on instagram.
“I like to view the cards as having 78 friends all of who have wisdom to share”
